Consulting Services

determine process bottlenecks or other areas of inefficiency. We assist in
identifying procedures and methodology currently in use within the Information
Technology areas of your company, create a baseline process score, and then
assist your management team with proven ways to improve the software development
process and measure the improvement over time.
Any
of our Training or Seminar presentations may also be
scheduled to be given at your facility in order to reduce the cost to your
organization of sending people "on the road."
